The LOJ Conversions Gen III/IV Small Block Chevy (LS Engines) and Gen V Small Block Chevy (LT Engines) to Maserati 8HP70 Transmission Adapter is specifically designed for mating the sought after ZF 8-Speed transmissions to your favorite LS and LT engines. The straight-forward approach and overall simple design will allow a seamless integration of these LS engines with the Maserati version of the ZF8. The adapter plate design incorporates a 360* mounting surface and includes provisions to mount to GM factory style cast oil pans for enhanced rigidity.
The Flexplate is a Two-piece design.
The converter pilot is machined into the Torque converter adapter to prevent unwanted noise from slip-fit parts and to properly align the converter to the crankshaft.

- Billet Aluminum/Steel Two-Piece Flexplate, CNC machined, anodized, and laser engraved for long lasting good looks. Designed for standard length Manual Transmission LS Flywheel Bolts (ARP or OEM)
- 6061-T6 Billet Aluminum Transmission Adapter Plate fabricated from USA Sourced Metallurgically Certified Heat Treated Aluminum with integrated dust shield.
- Zinc-Plated Grade 8.8 or Higher Hardware

Will this kit require any modifications to my engine or transmission?
- Some. The 8HP transmission bellhousing will need to be modified to clear the snout of the starter on the LS engine.
