Shipping policy

Order Fulfillment Policy:

LOJ Conversions reserves the right to cancel ANY order when the shipping and billing addresses do not match. If you want to ensure your item ships in a timely fashion, ship to your billing address. We may contact you to confirm shipping information, if you routinely do not answer or block phone calls from unknown numbers, you'll miss our calls and your order will be cancelled.

International Orders and Customs Fees:

All international orders may be subject to Customs Fees once they arrive at your door. LOJ Conversions does not pay customs fees prior to shipment, the shipping rates charges are specifically for this shipping ONLY. Depending on your country you may be charged additional Duties, Customs Fees, or Taxes that may be incurred once your package crosses international borders.

We ship internationally to anywhere in the world, but you must contact us prior to placing your order outside of the US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand as we will calculate your shipping rate and bill you directly for your desired parts.
